• Ensures a safe work environment and safe work practices
• Maintains effective communication with clients on job progression
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to various residential HVAC and water heating systems in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, work specifications, and/or plans
• Coordinates work according to federal, state, and other rules and regulations including work performed by outside contractors
• Ensures maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Inventories and accounts for all material purchases, withdrawals, and returns
• Completes reports as required
